Sample sizes of trunks and costumes available to try on at MAC.

Please complete the size, number of items required and total cost. Orders placed by 18 November will be delivered before Xmas

If you are competing for the club the minium kit expected is a costume/trunks and a polo shirt.

 Please email completed form to Mark and Adele Gaunt on [email protected] or hand in at training session. 

Payment with order either cash/cheque (to CoMWPC) or direct to club bank account (ref name/kit)
